SMS Opt-In and Consent

Kelly Gray Advisory, the registered trade name (DBA) of Dagny Enterprises LLC, sends appointment reminder text messages to clients and prospects who have explicitly opted in. This page documents how that consent is captured.

How consent is captured

Consent is collected through an optional checkbox on our online booking form. The checkbox is unchecked by default and must be actively selected by the person booking. Consent is not required to book an appointment, and declining it has no effect on the booking.

Where the checkbox appears

The consent checkbox is on the booking form at book.kellygrayadvisory.com. Select any consultation, choose a date and time, and the checkbox appears on the “Please enter your details” step, with the disclosure and a clickable Privacy Policy link directly beneath it. No login is required at any point.

Message frequency

Recipients receive up to 2 messages per booked appointment: one reminder the day before, and one 15 minutes before the appointment starts. Message frequency does not vary beyond this, and we do not send messages outside of a booked appointment.

What we send

Opted-in recipients receive two appointment reminders per booked appointment, as described above. We do not send marketing text messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on the carrier and plan.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You may also email compliance@kellygrayadvisory.com.

How we handle mobile numbers

Mobile numbers are used only to send the messages described above. How we handle mobile information and text message consent is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is our single authoritative statement on this subject.
