SMS Opt-In and Consent
Kelly Gray Advisory, the registered trade name (DBA) of Dagny Enterprises LLC, sends appointment reminder text messages to clients and prospects who have explicitly opted in. This page documents how that consent is captured.
How consent is captured
Consent is collected through an optional checkbox on our online booking form. The checkbox is unchecked by default and must be actively selected by the person booking. Consent is not required to book an appointment, and declining it has no effect on the booking.

What we send
Opted-in recipients receive appointment reminders and notice of any change to a scheduled time. We do not send marketing text messages. Recipients receive up to 2 messages per booked appointment. Message and data rates may apply depending on the carrier and plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You may also email compliance@kellygrayadvisory.com.
How we handle mobile numbers
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers are used only to send the messages described above.
